Our Chest, Shoulders & Triceps Training Sessions are designed to help you build upper body strength, improve muscle definition, and boost overall performance in a structured and supportive environment. Whether you’re looking to tone, gain strength, or enhance your physique, these sessions deliver focused, results-driven training.
Each session is delivered in small groups of up to 5 people, allowing for personalised coaching, correct technique guidance, and progressive programming tailored to your ability. This ensures you train safely while still being challenged to improve week by week.
The workouts specifically target your pushing muscles, including:
- Chest – for strength, shape, and upper body power
- Shoulders – to improve stability, posture, and definition
- Triceps – to support pressing strength and arm development
