I’ve been doing Michael’s spin classes for a while and they are brilliant! He is such a motivational instructor and really cares about your personal goals. Core fitness and circuits classes are fantastic too and I’ve noticed an huge improvement in my stamina and fitness levels. Would definitely recommend
Mike is a great fitness instructor! My main experience is with spin where he delivers varied and high paced classes which are always guaranteed to make you work hard and leave you exhausted. But he also listens to the class and makes sure he takes everyone with him to the end. Everyone leaves shattered, but we all come back for more!
Mike is a great spin instructor and an all round fitness guru with great knowledge and tips around how to make the most your workout. His spin workouts are great, combining cardio and muscle building and his playlists make the session fun and enjoyable.
