Legs & Glutes Sculpt – Small Group Training Sessions

Our Legs & Glutes Sculpt Sessions are designed to help you build lower body strength, enhance muscle tone, and develop shape and definition where it matters most. Whether your goal is to tone, strengthen, or completely transform your lower body, these sessions deliver focused, effective training that gets results.

Each session is delivered in small groups of up to 5 people, ensuring you receive personalised coaching, guidance on technique, and structured progression. This allows you to train safely, confidently, and at the right intensity for your level.

The workouts focus on key lower body areas:

  • Glutes – to build strength, shape, and power
  • Quads & hamstrings – for balanced leg development
  • Core stability – to support movement and improve performance

You’ll be guided through a combination of strength training, resistance exercises, and functional movements, including squats, lunges, hip thrusts, and more. Each session follows a progressive training approach, helping you increase strength, improve muscle tone, and see visible results over time.

All exercises are adaptable for all fitness levels, from beginners to more experienced clients. Whether you’re learning the basics or pushing heavier weights, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
