Senior Fitness – Small Group Training Sessions

Our Senior Fitness Training Sessions are designed to help you stay active, strong, and independent in a safe and supportive environment. These sessions are specifically tailored for older adults who want to improve their health, mobility, and overall quality of life—regardless of current fitness level or experience.

Each class is delivered in small groups of up to 5 people, ensuring you receive personalised coaching, attention to technique, and a comfortable pace that suits your individual needs. This smaller setting allows for better guidance, safer training, and a more welcoming, community-focused experience.

The sessions focus on key areas essential for healthy ageing, including:

  • Strength training to maintain muscle and support everyday activities
  • Mobility and flexibility to keep joints moving freely
  • Balance and coordination to reduce the risk of falls
